DAY 1- MOSCOW –

DAY 2- MOSCOW –

10:00 Meeting with English-speaking guide at reception

Proceed to Moscow City Tour. This is a half-day orientation tour that will take you around the city and cover Moscow’s landmarks (all monuments from outside): Red Square, the Cathedrals of St. Basil and Our Lady of Kazan, the biggest History Museum of Russia, the Trading Arcades of GUM, Lenin’s tomb, St. Sofia’s Embankment, The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, New Maiden Convent, Moscow State University campus a panorama platform on Vorobiovy (Sparrow) Hills, The White House of the Russian Federation etc.

Metro Tour: Famous for being the most beautiful metro system in the world, each metro station has a story to tell. An entirely different design for each station, the Russian metro is a sight for sore eyes with the statues and chandeliers that line the ceilings! On the way, we will stop at various metro stations to learn about the history of each station and appreciate the marble floors, mosaic, and stain glass work that makes these metro stations so tasteful and elegant. While some stations look like palaces, others look like picture galleries.

DAY 3- MOSCOW –

Proceed to the Moscow Kremlin and Cathedrals, usually referred to as simply The Kremlin, is a historic fortified complex that used to be the residence of Tzar family located at the heart of Moscow, overlooking the Moskva River (to the south), Saint Basil’s Cathedral and Red Square (to the east) and the Alexander Garden (to the west). It is the best known of Kremlins (Russian citadels) and includes four palaces, four cathedrals, and the enclosing Kremlin Wall with Kremlin towers. The complex serves as the official residence of the President of Russia.

DAY 4- MOSCOW/ ST. PETERSBURG –

Departure to St. Petersburg by fast speed train SAPSAN (duration 4hrs)

Arrival to St. Petersburg

You will be greeted by our English-speaking guide right outside your train compartment, and will be escorted to hotel for Check-in

DAY 5- ST. PETERSBURG –

Breakfast at the Hotel

10:00 Meeting with English-speaking guide at reception

Proceed to the Panoramic City Tour. This is a 3-hour orientation tour that will take you around the city and to the famous stops and buildings of St. Petersburg.  The city tour will cover the main monuments located in the heart of the city: Bronze Horseman, Peter and Paul’s fortress, Blood of the Savior Cathedral and the majestic Isaac Cathedral, Palace Bridge, Hermitage Museum, Kazan Cathedral etc.

Depart for an excursion to the world’s famous art museum Hermitage- one of the most important museums in the world. It houses a fabulous collection of nearly three million works of applied art, archaeological finds, coins, graphic art and paintings. A famous collection of Western – European Art that includes paintings by Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Rubens,

Van Dyke and French Impressionists. Winter Palace is a part of

the Hermitage.

DAY 6- ST. PETERSBURG –

Proceed to visit to Catherine Palace and the famous Amber room. The Catherine Palace is named after Catherine I, the wife of Peter the Great, who ruled Russia for two years after her husband’s death. Originally a modest two-story building commissioned by Peter for Catherine in 1717, the Catherine Palace owes its awesome grandeur to their daughter, Empress Elizabeth, who chose Tsarskoe Selo as her chief summer residence. Starting in 1743, the building was reconstructed by four different architects, before Bartholomew Rastrelli, Chief Architect of the Imperial Court, was instructed to completely redesign the building on a scale to rival Versailles.

• We reserve the right to use alternative hotel accommodation and transfers of equal or higher standard.
• Wi-Fi – is available at the discretion of the hotel, if there is an additional cost for WIFI the client has to pay directly to the hotel.
• Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package. Incidental amount must be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• In case of cancellation entire booking must be cancelled 10 days prior to tour starts date for 100% refund, within 10 days cancellation 100% amount would be charged to your company.
