Extended game drive with picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at Sangaiwe Lodge or Twiga Lodge or Tarangire Simba Lodge or Africa Safari Glamping Camp.
Tarangire has a stunning baobab-studded landscape and is a bird watchers paradise, containing the highest number of breeding bird species of any habitat in the world. It is also home to thousands of resident elephants and huge herds of buffalo, a good place to see leopard and lion and a wide variety of plains game.

Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. It’s the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem – a smorgasbord for predators – and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After early breakfast, drive 5hr to Serengeti with lunch boxes. Game drive en route to Serengeti Osupuko Camp or Tortilis Camp or Wild Camp or Angani Camp or Thorn Tree Camp or Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge or Mbalageti Lodge. Dinner and overnight.

The Serengeti National Park, meaning “endless plains” in the Masai language, is undoubtedly one of the world’s most celebrated Wilderness areas and is an ongoing source of inspiration to writers, filmmakers and photographers. It is Tanzania’s oldest game reserve, renowned for the part it plays in the annual Great Migration, when an estimated three million antelope – mostly wildebeest – migrate to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve. This epic, seasonal journey is a deeply moving experience and a wonderful photographic subject. Here visitors to the park can roam its sprawling plains on exhilarating game drives or hop into a hot-air balloon ride for an once-in-a- lifetime wilderness adventure.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, full day game drive with picnic lunch. In April -May , you will see the wildebeest migration . Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Osupuko Camp or Tortilis Camp or Wild Camp or Angani Camp or Thorn Tree Camp or Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive 4hr to Ngorongoro crater. Arrival and descent into the crater floor for an afternoon game drive with picnic lunch. Ascend in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Country Lodge or Angani Tented Lodge or Ngorongoro Farm House or Tanzanice Farm Lodge.

The Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, is home to more than 30 000 protected animals. It is an area of spectacular beauty and excellent game viewing, a truly unique safari destination in Africa. The Ngorongoro Crater, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest intact caldera in the world. Some maintain that before it erupted, it would have been higher than Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Today, long since having collapsed and eroded, it is an extensive highland area with the famous 600 metre deep Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Nearly three million years old, the ancient caldera shelters one of the most beautiful wildlife havens on earth. Fresh springs and a large soda lake quench the thirst of all the inhabitants. Black rhino are protected within its rim, giant tusked elephants wander the forests, black-maned lions stalk the grasslands, and flamingos crowd the soda lakes.

Day 5: Ngorongoro to Arusha
After breakfast today, check out from the hotel as per the checkout time and proceed to airport for your departure flight with happy memories.

The shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants.
